Item Replacements & Store Credit
Beyond The Cart does not provide cash refunds. Store credit/replacements are provided for items that are lost during shipping and/or damaged upon receipt. Requests for store credit/replacements of damaged pieces must be received at 1beyondthecart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt along with proof by uploading a picture of the damaged item(s). Determination that a package is lost in transit must be confirmed by thorough research via tracking # of shipment. Once confirmed that item is in fact lost, store credit and/or replacement process will begin
